Human Genome Decoded
Researchers have now mapped the human genome. They have
discovered that in each of the 100 trillion cells in our bodies, we
have 100,000 genes consisting of 3 billion bits of information.
Darwinian scientists assure us it only took 3.5 billion years for the
first human cell to evolve. They are sure that we are the
accidental product of mindless energy and lifeless matter randomly
bumping into each other.
Now I seldom agree with President Clinton, but I did agree with his
observation that we have now learned things that only God has known
prior to this day. This newly found knowledge is a powerful
argument demonstrating that the human cell is the creation of a
superior intelligence, greater than any man or all men
together. The ancient Hebrews called this intelligent
creator, Elohim - we call him God. What these scientists are amazed to
discover we have known for ages. "God created man in his own image"
(Genesis1:27). Man is "fearfully and wonderfully made"
(Psalms 139:14).
By the way, the creation of the first human cell was only was only one
of 100 trillion cells necessary to make a human being. It took two of
these living creatures of opposite sex, living at the same time and
place to set the human race in motion. Human life is only one
of several million different living things on planet Earth. Each of
their cells is just as complex as ours. For a person to look
at this marvelously designed and complex world of life and say, "It is
the accidental product of random, non-intelligent forces," demands
tremendous faith. In fact the faith of unbelievers is far greater than
that of Christians who believe that an all-wise and all-powerful
Creator made that cell.
